Human Resources Executive
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting in acquisition of right talent through recruitment & selection process
- Lead & direct a strategic HRM and organizational development within the company
- Coordinating Performance Evaluation, KPI Evaluation and Reward & Recognition process in a timely manner
- Organizing staff welfare and employee engagement activities and other related events
- Handling attendance / leave administration and salary advising process
- Handling the staff resignation process
- Managing all department administration duties to ensure smooth work-flow
Personal Profile and Skills
- Minimum 2 years work experience in similar capacity in a reputed organization, experience in hotel industry will be a definite advantage
- Professional qualification in Human Resources Management
- Good knowledge and skills in Labour Law, industrial relations, strategic HR planning
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Should demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities, effective communication
