Business Development Assistants

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling banking products to the retail customers
• Promoting products and services to existing and prospective clients
• Needs to actively participate and work off-site in events and conduct product promotions to garner sales
• Achieve / exceed sales targets

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required:

• G.C.E. A/L exam
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales preferably in a financial institution
• Language skills in Sinhala / Tamil or both will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
