Executive - HR Operations

Job Role:

  • Maintain up to date HRIS information in a timely manner to ensure accurate employee information is updated i the system in order to manage employee life cycle as per the organizational requirements
  • Maintain all employee time and attendance records as per the organizational policies to facilitate timely computation of system generated overtime pay and maintain same for management information required
  • Assist HR operations by maintaining HRIS information to ensure information accuracy for management decision making
  • Be responsible to carry out the employee exit process as per the set guidelines to ensure smooth clearance of employee exit

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / PQHRM or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute
  • Degree in HR from a recognized university would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of HR being exposed to HR Generalist Role
  • Adequate level of proficiency in the software such are pertaining to the job function
  • Must be competent in MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Good knowledge & understanding of HR concepts and HRIS system is a must
  • Effective interpersonal communicational skills being highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across company
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records
  • Flexible adaptive work style with critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Be willing to work long hours if the need arises
