Assistant Manager - HR Operations

Job Role:

  • Facilitate on-boarding process whilst assisting the talent sourcing team in managing new recruits information to maintain up to date HRIS information and increasing the efficiency of talent acquisition process
  • Coordinate and assist in conducting disciplinary inquiries whilst being responsible for preparation of documentation pertaining to investigations and disciplinary measures decided by the management in order to maintain strict discipline of staff
  • Ensure updates and maintenance of HRIS records on a routine manner with employee life cycle changes to ensure system accuracy of management information purposes
  • Assist in planning and execution of welfare initiatives according to the approved welfare budgets while monitoring the staff grievances are handled with utmost confidentiality and ensure feedback provided within timelines in order to better the staff satisfaction levels
  • Carry out the employee exit process as per the set guidelines to ensure smooth clearance of employee exit

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in General Management / HR from a recognized university
  • Diploma / PQHRM or equivalent qualification from recognized university / institute
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience to HR Generalist Role, including exposure to compliance management, IT technology and industrial relations
  • Excellent written & communication skills (minimum 3 languages)
  • Adequate level of proficiency in the software such as pertaining to the job function with good knowledge & understanding of HRIS systems
  • Must be competent in MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Effective interpersonal communicational skills being highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across company & externally
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records
  • Good analytical & presentation skills
  • Be willing to work long hours if the need arises
