Assistant Manager - Employee Engagement & Communication

Job Role:

  • Manage employee communication and engagement activities to ensure that implementation of the defined plans are in line with the overall strategy
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and employer value proposition communication activities to proactively build the internal HRM and Mobitel employer brand
  • Manage and monitor regular employee communication to ensure consistency, clarity and relevance to the engagement
  • Lead employee engagement survey initiatives and address gaps identified to enhance and maintain employee engagement levels
  • Management of human resources of the divisions to have an engaged, competent tea and enable a working environment that drives high performance

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in General Management/ HR from a recognized university
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the HR division of an organization of similar discipline, exposure to the role of employee engagement and communication
  • Must be competent in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills being highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across company
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Be willing to work long hours if the need arises
