Branch Manager - Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager's principle responsibility will be to achieve the overall business development goals assigned to the specific branch whilst adhering to the overall regulatory, compliance and operational policies. Whilst business plans are determined by the business owner at Head Office, the Branch Manager will implement strategies appropriate to the branch geography to achieve business goals as per the plans set for each Strategic Business Unit. The Manager will be responsible to lead and motivate all customer interfacing staff in across selling and business development.

Experience, Qualifications & Key Attributes:

  • Minimum 10 years' work experience in a Commercial Bank out of which at least 3 years' experience as a Branch Manager / 4 years Assistant Branch Manager
  • Full / Part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification
  • Leadership qualities
  • An outgoing personality and flair for public relations
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills
  • Knowledge of banking operations and credit evaluation
  • A team player, with a performance driven and service oriented mindset, ability to take-up challenges and deliver results
  • Age below 45 years

Preference will be given to CBF Completed candidates.
