Manager - Branch Operations
The Manager - Branch Operations will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the branch; performing and managing customer services at the Branch in order to meet the financial service needs of customers in the assigned market area; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the office as part of the Bank's overall strategic plan; ensuring the office's compliance with controls, operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports for handling the following functions on behalf of the Business. The Manager - Branch Operations will be under the purview of the Head of Operations.
Experience, Qualifications & Key Attributes:
- Minimum 10 years' work experience in a Commercial Bank out of which at least 3 years' experience as an Assistant Branch Manager
- Full/part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification
- Leadership qualities
- An outgoing personality and flair for public relations
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
- Knowledge of banking operations and credit evaluation
- A team player, with a performance driven and service oriented mindset, ability to take-up challenges, and deliver results
Preference will be given to CBF Completed candidates.
