Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate would have in-depth knowledge and expertise in HR practices and regulations, performance management systems as well as training and talent development. He or she would be expected to strengthen the existing recruitment process, build and manage industrial relations and take ownership for all people related matters within the company.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a human resources division of a reputed, medium scale organization
  • Professional qualification in the field of Human Resources management with a passion for training and development of employees
  • Strong personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil would be an added advantage
  • Preference would be given to candidates who possess awareness on 5S concept and ISO quality management systems and procedures together with health and safety management
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
  • To periodically visit our facilities located in Colombo, its suburbs and the Southern and North Western provinces
