Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recommend & assist in implementing new software requirements and web based programmes
• Troubleshoot to resolve system related problems
• Coordinate with relevant third party vendors regarding user support and problem resolutions
• Update & coordinate digital media requirements (Website, Facebook, Twitter etc)
• Create user documentation and train staff on application software
• Assist with IT developing policies
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
• Software programming & generating crystal reports
• Should visit branches for installations, troubleshooting of equipment such as routers, switches, servers etc

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Management Information System
• Sound knowledge on Digital Media techniques
• Minimum of 2 years' experiences in similar capacity

Salary: Negotiable
