Trainee IT Administrator

The right candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing hardware / software faults and resolving issues
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Compiling procedural documentation and relevant reports as per instructions given
• Set up and maintain user email accounts as action approved user accounts updates as per instructions
• Purchase hardware and software by following relevant procedures
• Advise guests and staff of all relevant hardware / software concerns by providing them step by step instructions to resolve issues
• To handle as many open cases effectively and efficiently in the shortest possible time
• Replace hardware components as and when required
• Support Jetwing IT in introducing and roll out of new applications

Core Competencies:

• Must be a goal oriented, dynamic and organized individual who can work with minimum supervision and be able to meet deadlines
• Maintain a high morale and productivity as well as good communication within; as well as between other departments.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback according to Jetwing Hotel Standards
