• Part qualification in PQHRM / NIBM or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
• Must have a good command of English
• Ability to work independently
• Should be well organized and systematic in his / her approach to work and follow up
• Experience in Human Resources will be advantageous
