We are a Subsidiary of a HNB carrying on Micro Finance activates as its core business island wide through and integrated 48 Branch network and 21 service centers. WE are looking for an HR Assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. You will provide information and clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources activities, policies, process and procedures. The ideal candidate we are looking for should possess:

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Certificate or a similar qualification in HR
  • An outgoing personality with a good communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil
  • Good public relation and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy
