Innovex, Pioneer & Hisense are the appliance brands which are currently handled by the group. Damro plans to distribute world renowned Japanese brand Panasonic in near future.

With this expansion in the appliance division, we seek to recruit dynamic and hard working individuals as Management Trainees from the above areas.

Upon successful completion of the training period, based on individual performance, potential applicants will be placed as Area Managers with attractive remuneration packages.

Selected candidates shall be required to:

• arrange product display in showrooms
• train and develop sales staff
• visit showrooms and coordinate with warehouses for appliance requirements
• organize promotional campaigns and develop sales

Applicants should possess:

• a degree or part qualification in CIM / SLIM or equivalent
• good communications, coordination and PR skills
• willingness to work long hours and commitment to achieve targets

Applicants should be males below 30 years of age and be permanent residents within 20km of the above areas.

Total earnings within the training period will not be less than Rs.50,000/- p.m.
