Advertising Manager

Job Summary:
To take responsibility for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that supports the broader short and long-term marketing strategy. Collaborates with Customer insights to ensure the brand remains relevant to customers and that all initiatives support the brand promise. Oversee the entire creative department to ensure a desirable atmosphere and comfortable working environment to enable creative teams to work to the best of their ability without too many distractions and distracting issues.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Management, Marketing, Media or equivalent
• Relevant working experience which include exposure in Retail / Media / Advertising
• Strong business acumen and able to think strategically
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills
• Other skills include analytical and conceptual thinking, information sharing, networking, and influencing people
