Guided by the motto "Committed to Safeguard Your Health" a newly refurbished Park Hospital situated in the hub of the hospital complex in Colombo. The hospital has a spinning business background well over 30 years. We are looking for a Multi skilled, result oriented person to join our team as a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for the total sales and marketing of Hospital.

Candidate must possess Business Development skills, excellent communication in Sinhala and English (Communication in all three languages is an added advantage), interpersonal skills, pleasing personality, 3-4 years' experience (Experience in the relevant field is an added advantage) with a sound educational background. The prospective candidate should be a self starter who can work with minimum supervision.

Responsible for development of strategies to grow and retain new and existing business within the Medicare business segment. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as a critical supporting member of the team in directing, facilitating, and growing the business
  • Identifying and developing enhancements and extensions to existing lines of service that leverage the core competencies, while achieving a positive return on investment for the company, its clients, and private equity Limited Partners, as well as helping to develop and oversee the implementation planning of these initiatives in partnership with field operations and other appropriate functions heads
  • Working with cross-functional teams to oversee the implementation of the strategic initiatives
  • Leading the market and business analysis, as well as any necessary marketing research needed, to develop business case and gain internal support for strategic initiatives

Minimum of one year proven experience related to the advertised job profile in the Healthcare sector in Sri Lanka is a must to consider your application.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The Business Development Executive will focus on innovative direct marketing campaigns with a view of increasing the existing business
  • Creating & implementation of new business projects
  • Quality assurance and customer care
  • Building up relationships with Doctors
  • Be responsible for long term client relationship, handling corporate client and designing business development strategies

Salary - Depends on experience (Negotiable) + Attractive Commission
