The primary role of PMS is to provide IT enabled services to organizations both locally and internationally. PMS will initially focus its offering locally before expanding its market presence overseas. The company has the following vacancy and interested candidates who possess the required qualifications and skills are requested to apply;

IT Support Engineers / Trainee IT Support Engineers

Responsible for technically providing all IT Support Activities

The selected candidates would need to;

  • Analyze the problems reported by users
  • Troubleshoot where necessary for various faults on the base location equipment or the network using troubleshooting tools
  • Provide PC/Server hardware and software support
  • Provide Network Support
  • Anti-virus administration and management (corporate and personal)
  • Provide support for Mobile Automation maintenance
  • Maintain and document policies and procedures within established standards
  • Provide remote IT Help Desk Services both Local and Overseas
  • Flexibility to work on a roster basis

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Diploma / Higher Diploma in computer science or IT
  • A qualification in Microsoft Certification (MCP/MCSA/MCSE/MCTS/MCITP) will be an added qualification
  • Good knowledge of Windows 2003/2008/2012 server, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
  • Good knowledge in Mobile Apps
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and problem solving techniques
  • Familiarity with Help Desk Software
  • A minimum of one years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization
  • Outgoing personality

The ideal candidate should demonstrate highly developed service approach skills; an outgoing personality with organizational sand priority setting and good interpersonal skills

Should be willing to travel to Prima locations for implementation, installation and troubleshooting activities.

Candidates with proficiency in English, Tamil and Sinhala languages both written and spoken are encouraged to apply.
