Call Centre Executive - Colombo
Application Profile:
- Identifying new opportunities
- Liaising with customers
- Supporting sales and development departments
- Dealing with adjustments
- Escalating any complaints
- Age between 18-25 years
- Passed G.C.E. O/L and / or A/L examinations
- Exceptional communication skills in English is a must
- Experience in Telemarketing
- Experience in selling / customer service will also be a definite advantage
- Proficiency in all three languages will be an added advantage
- Extra education qualifications will be an added advantage
- Excellent in MS Office
- Excellent etiquette
