We are looking for a;

Restaurant & Bar Manager

The ideal candidate will be between 30-40 years of age and possess a Degree / Diploma related to F&B operations from a reputed Hotel School. He will also carry a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager.

A good command of English language, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy and the ability to work with a team are essential skills for this position.

The core responsibilities are:

• Assist the F&B Manager
• Handle all F&B / banquet related operations pertaining to the outlet
• Increase revenue in the outlet
• Maintain F&B related records and documents
• Lead a dedicated team
