He or She is to take over overall responsibility of desired state in technical and commercial activities in our web business.

The ideal candidate should be a dynamic and self motivated IT professional who is passionate about getting things right the First Time and On Time! He/She will be responsible for leading and managing a multi skilled technical team while interfacing with clients directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction for the development, design and system integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation
  • Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to introduced new services for potential and existing clients
  • Review work of development team
  • Recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions
  • Create and executive development plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Keep project manager / developers well informed of status of development  effort and serve as liaison between development staff
  • Take ownership of the development life cycle and be responsible for technical risks throughout the project
  • Communicate and enforce coding standards
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology and/or Software Engineering from an accredited university
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Possess significant knowledge of client / server and internet systems architectures along with hands on experience of various popular web technologies / systems
  • Good practical understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken and the ability to delivers engaging informative, well organized presentations
