Manager Sales & Marketing

We are currently seeking a mature and experienced individual to join us as the "Manager Sales & Marketing" with demonstrated success in the Leisure market to lead our business to the next phase. He/she will be an integral member of the Sales & marketing team and will report tot he Director Sales & Marketing.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Overseas all marketing activities with the support of Sales, Catering, Reservations and PR teams of the Hotel and ensure all activities and bookings are focused to yield revenue on rooms occupancy
• Enrich the business of the existing and potential clients by cultivating a high level of professional relationship with them
• Motivating and supporting the Sales and Marketing team to drive for results
• He / she will improve and develop marketing strategies according to the rapid change of business and increase revenue by managing large corporate clients, as well as individual clients at national and international level

The ideal candidate should:

• Should possess a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing
• A minimum 5 years of experience in a similar start class Hotel, preferably with overseas exposure
• Outstanding communication sills and Public Relations
• Be computer literate (conversant with the Opera System will be an added advantage)
• Good business management, budgeting, interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Familiar with all facets of media including press relations, print, TV, radio and online marketing
