The incumbent will be responsible for managing all executive floor operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience, Also is required to optimize sales and provide leadership to the team to ensure targets are met.

Other Accountabilities:

  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Optimize sales and contain costs, identifying any areas of action
  • Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers
  • Ensure that training is carried out on an ongoing basis
  • Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures

The potential applicant should possess:

  • At least 8 years' experience in handling duties of a hotel front office (Reception) in a leading hotel, out of which at least 3 years should be as a Manager
  • Possess a Diploma in HOtel Management specializing in Front Office Operations
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Being conversant in foreign languages will be preferred
  • Leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Overseas experience in a 5 Star Hotel will be a definite advantage
