Supply Chain - Finance Manager

The Job:
As the Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller with an operational reporting relationship to the Director Supply Chain. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, variance analysis and reporting of supply chain related costs, partnering and influencing decisions to drive cost effective projects in the value chain, providing insights for optimum decision in working capital management and decision support and evaluations related to all investments in the factory.

The Person:
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in accounting from a recognized university or be fully qualified in CIMA (UK), or ICASL or ACCA with a minimum of 5 years finance related experience in a leading manufacturing company, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong analytical skills coupled with good IT knowledge is a prerequisite for this position. Ability to deal with people and effective coordination with all other divisions in the organization are some attributes we consider as essential. Previous experience in working with an ERP system & SAP are a definite plus. The position will be placed in our state of the art factory in Dankotuwa.

The selected candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
