Call Centre In-Charge

Job Description:

  • Manage and lead a 24-member call centre team
  • Train and develop Call Centre Associates in customer care
  • Assist Associates in solving customer needs
  • Prepare a 24x7 roster for smooth operation
  • Prepare and monitor agent performance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in handling Solidus eCare Contact Centre Software
  • Excellent command of English and Sinhala
  • Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Proven ability in leading a team
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good results in O/L and A/L
  • A degree / part degree would be added advantage
