HR Assistant - Training & Development
The candidate should ideally be below 30 years of age, and should possess a professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute. A sound knowledge in MS Excel is mandatory.
He/She should have strong organization and planning skills, good analytical skills. (i.e. Must have the ability to analyze & share reports with the team). Excellent people skills. Those selected must be able to work effectively and be result oriented. Candidates should possess both spoken and written skills in Sinhala and English language.
With a 'make it happen' mentality the candidate should be essentially responsible for the following.
- Coordinate training programs with internal and external parties
- Updating all training records, maintain documents, distribution and collection of feedback and evaluation forms.
- Handling payments related to training
