The Company invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the following position:

Manager - Sales

Applicant should possess a degree from a recognized university or an equal professional qualification from a recognized institute, with a minimum of 10 years' Sales & Marketing experience in banking, finance, insurance or leasing. A minimum five years' work experience in a managerial capacity is expected.

The candidate should be experienced, highly skilled, energetic with a sound record in Sales & Marketing and should have a firm understanding about the insurance industry and new trends in the field.

The responsibilities of this job include the following:

• Maintain and Monitor IBSL regulatory compliances
• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Team
• Achievement of Business Targets; main objective is to develop company business volumes by implementing plans to increase direct business portfolio.
• Enhancing customer service levels and providing unmatched service such as: low premium more benefits, door to door service
• Setup marketing strategies

Applications should be below 35 years  of age, with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and under pressure, a high degree of personal discipline and integrity, will be key criteria required to function in this position. Job entails traveling, where necessary.
