They are currently in the lookout for an energetic and dynamic individual to handle end to end Human Resources functions that take place in their factory  located in Kiribathgoda. Senior HR Executive - Kiribathgoda

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in employee / Industrial Relation activities including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling, staff misconduct, advising and guidance management on the best practices for IR, employer, employee relations including all relevant employment laws
• Proposes relevant employee engagement initiatives based on the needs of the Company
• Organize and implement requirement activities and employee evaluations
• Performing all general administrative and office support activities etc
• Responsible for Processing salaries and record absenteeism of employees
• Organizing and coordinating HR functions including maintaining employee records
• Handling all HR activities such as salary processing, requirements and labour matters
• Improving organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks

Candidate Profile:

• A Degree in Human Resources Management and/or professional qualification in HR from a reputed University / Institution
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in handling HR & Administrative functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Very good oral and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala is mandatory
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Good IT literacy
• Ideally be below 35 years of age

Salary Range: LKR 50,000 - 55,000 (Based on experience and capabilities)
