Sales Executive

We are looking for experienced, energetic and self motivated individuals who comply with the following qualifications and requisites to join General Trade sales team as sales executive.
Sales Executive
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 passes at G.C.E. A/L examination
- Minimum 5 credit passes at G.C.E. O/L, including English and Mathematics
- Minimum of 5 years selling experience as sales representative capacity and 2 years' experience in supervisory capacity in FMCG sector
- Experience in handling a distribution channel / handling a sales force / training a sales force will be an added advantage
- Ability to understand, forecast, analyze and evaluate sales related data on regular basis
- Candidate should be a self-motivated team player and a goal achiever
- Ability to work in a computerized environment with good working knowledge in MS Office packages & sales force automation systems
- Excellent oral & written communication skills with an outgoing personality
- Full/part qualification in CIM/SLIM or a professional qualification in sales related diploma from a recognized institute / university would be an added advantage
- Possess a valid driving license
- Age between 25-35 years
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company's long term and short term business plan of general trade sales unit
- Ensure top quality customer service is provided
- To develop current and future distribution strategies for the assigned territories
- Develop customer network for future expansion of the business
- To manage distributor/channel operations as per the set norm of the company
