The Royal Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) is a leading 135 year old private members club in Colombo and takes pride in being one of the most prestigious institutions in the country. The Club is looking to recruit.

Manager - Food, Beverage & Clubhouse

This person will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of Food & Beverage, restaurant and bars as well as managing other facilities in the Clubhouse.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a Senior Management position in a related field
  • Dynamic, innovative and an accomplished team player
  • Articulate, demonstrating strong interpersonal and social skills
  • Familiar with organizing and catering for sponsored events and other related functions held regularly at the Club
  • Managing and incentivising staff to provide a superior to members / guests
  • A professional qualification will be a definite advantage
