In-line with group expansion plans we invite suitably qualified high caliber professionals who possess dynamism and leadership skills to fill the above vacancy in Engineering cluster of the Group which manufactures and deals in renowned brands in weighing solutions, water pumps and agricultural equipment with many ears of experience powered by sales, marketing and services to strengthen the business in Sri Lanka & Overseas.

The candidate will be solely responsible for leading and managing following brands:

• One of the world's famous Avery Brand in the Weighing machine category
• EDGRO Brand in the agricultural and industrial engineering products
• Ferrous & non ferrous cast products and a range of light engineering machinery and components

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in running the business effectively while being responsible for all activities related to the respective SBUs. Maintain required operational standards and norms set by the company, directing and coordinating the operations to achieve the set goals of corporate objectives to meet profitability of the SBUs and the group as a whole.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Academic qualifications in the field of Engineering
• Professional Qualifications - MBA or Post Graduate Level in General Management including Corporate Finance from a recognized university, will be an added qualification
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in the similar capacity of relevant industry under the Business Sectors of Industrial & Manufacturing
• Preference will be given to the candidates who can drive the business independently in order to achieve corporate goals and objectives
• Computer literate
