Accounts Officer

The Role:

• Handling day today payments / receipts / petty cash and banking
• Preparation of debtors reports
• Generate VAT invoices / preparation of VAT schedule and filing returns
• Preparation of various Management Reports
• Preparation of bank reconciliation
• Ability to type Sinhala on MS Office and use Excel options effectively

The Individual

• Degree in Accounting and/or professional qualification in ICASL / CIMA / ACCA
• 2 years of similar experience, preferably in the Banking or Finance field
• Below 28 years of age
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• An individual with a professional and positive attitude
