Our operation in Sri Lanka has the largest library membership in the British Council global network and we run one of the largest British Council Teaching Centres and Examination operations in the world. Customer Service is core to delivering and supporting our services.

We are looking for energetic team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills for the following post:

Customer Services Officer

Location: Kandy

Contract: Part Time (20 Hours per week) – Permanent

Starting Salary: Rs.21,914/-

Purpose of the Job:
To deliver a high quality, welcoming and proactive enquiry and registration service for the full range of British Council events and activities offered in Kandy and to meet and exceed customer’s expectations while enabling the British Council to meet its corporate objectives.
