Payroll Officer

The Job Role Encompasses:

  • Providing accurate and timely reports / analysis / information for relevant departments and for Management decision making
  • Liaise with Group ICT division, HRIS Service provider and group employees in proper maintenance of Human Resources Information.
  • Dispatch Deduction Cheques to the relevant divisions & Companies with details.
  • Preparation of Deduction Lists
  • Preparation of Head Count Reports

Eligibility Requirement:

  • A bachelor's Degree in Business Management / HR or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant field
  • Should possess good analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge on MS Office packages; especially MS Excel
  • Should be flexible to work late hours and be a team player
  • Can-do attitude and preparedness to work under pressure
