Management Accountant

You will be responsible for effective and smooth operations of front end activities and plant performance of the business. This position will conduct monthly and quarterly reviews on product development, performance of each customer account, feasibility studies and decision support of the teams. We are looking for a hands-on individual that has the ability to work independently and cooperatively with other teams in support of the business growth.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Regular reports and reviews on performance of each customer accounts and provide financial insight of front end operation
• Dive the front end teams for profitable venture through financial analysis and tools of management accounting
• Work closely with key account managers on a regular basis for business growth and support them with financial analysis to address strategic issues
• Evaluate ways to improve processes of new product development and marketing and collectively work with them for effective operation
• Assess the financial impact on various business/operational strategies implemented and follow-up with cross functional teams
• Establish reliable information source for support with financial process and decision making

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Accounting or similar required
• Qualification on CIMA / CA / ACCA and CIM will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years experience on similar capacity
• Excellent communication skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
