Retail Sales Coordinator

Job Profile:

• Continuous communication with the members of the sales team for achieving monthly product sales targets
• Be in touch with the company's clients, handle inquiries from existing and new clients, and provide details about the products offered by the company over the phone or via emails
• Preparing monthly sales report and submitting the same to the senior level management
• Maintaining a database of sales figures / customer details etc
• Attending meetings of marketing and sales teams
• Administrative jobs in the channel such as preserving important and confidential agreements between the company and the customers
• Assist staff recruitment / Training / Annual Performance evaluations etc

Requirements:

• Has to be an excellent team player
• Should be a master of MS Office, especially Excel
• Part qualifications in SLIM / CIM / Marketing or Business Management Degree
• Previous experience in a same capacity will be an added qualification
