Executive Human Resource Development (HRD)
A dynamic HR professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Development. You will be responsible for identifying the development needs of the talent within our team in alignment with our vision; proactively conceptualizing and initiating the HR Development strategy for the organization as well as establishing performance norms and a robust performance management process to include a high performance culture.
