Senior Executive HR - Compensation & Benefits

Job Role:

  • Execute the payroll administration process of the organization through end-to-end vendor relations in order to ensure salaries of staff members are being paid promptly and effectively
  • Facilitate the process of providing the benefits available to employees in order to ensure smooth processing of the benefits and maximum satisfaction of the staff members
  • Assist divisions to implement the performance management system and other HR processes efficiently and effectively to ensure benefits to the business as a business partner

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Candidate should hold a graduate degree preferably specialization in HR from recognized university / diploma / PQHRM from a recognized university or institute
  • Minimum 3 years' of experience in the HR field as an Executive level of which 2 years' experience in payroll / benefit administration
  • Must be competent in MS Office packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Effective interpersonal communicational skills being highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across company
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records
  • Good analytical & presentation skills
  • Be willing to work long hours if the need arises
