Manager - Billing Operations

You are responsible for the administration and efficient management of the Billing Operations of the hospital. This includes, but not limited to routine monitoring of all billing counters, managing the collections, administration and motivation of Staff working on roster to cover 24 hours of the operations. You will ensure compliance to the set procedures and guidelines at all times and are expected to improve the process to cater to the growth of the hospital.

Ideal candidates should:

• Be between 30-45 years of age
• Be a Finalist / Passed finalist or a member of any professional accounting body OR
• Holder of a bachelor's degree
• Have minimum 5 years experience in a reputed organization preferably healthcare institution(s)
• Possess a good knowledge in internal controls & governance principles
• Be a self motivated person with proficiency in English and computer literacy. Knowledge in Tamil would be an added advantage
• Prior experience in an Audit Firm or in a Billing / Revenue Cycle function will be an added advantage
• Have the ability to analyze and interpret the results and KPIs in order to optimize the service
• levels while reducing the total cycle time of the billing process
• Have excellent interpersonal, customer care skills and be a team player
• Have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take on challenges with a positive attitude
