Officer - Customer Service
Major tasks and duties expected:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and action taken.
- Manage administration
- Handling ODEL Loyalty program related issues while keeping accurate records of communication and correspondence.
- Team player who works together with the Customer service team as well as with the Manager who is committed to provide high quality customer service.
Experience required:
- Passed G.C.E A/L Examination
- Previous Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge computer applications (Word/ Excel)
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
Skills/Core competencies required:
- Communication skills - Verbal and written
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Interpersonal skills
- Stress tolerance
