Officer - Customer Service

Major tasks and duties expected:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and action taken.
  • Manage administration
  • Handling ODEL Loyalty program related issues while keeping accurate records of communication and correspondence.
  • Team player who works together with the Customer service team as well as with the Manager who is committed to provide high quality customer service.

 
Experience required:

  • Passed G.C.E A/L Examination
  • Previous Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge computer applications (Word/ Excel)
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures

  • Communication skills - Verbal and written
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Stress tolerance
