HR Executive (for Group HR)

The Role:

• Handling administrative operations of manpower planning, recruitment & selection functions
• Responsible for assisting in, managing employee performance and to play an anchor role in handling administrative operations of company performance management system
• Coordinating staff welfare activities, company events, industrial relations activities & outsourced operations

The Individual:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a Group of companies
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Able to work with all levels of staff members
