IT Help Desk Assistant

You are required to carry out duties such as Answering Routing and Following up Calls, Maintaining issue logs, Tracking issues using Help Desk Management system and coordinating with Technical teams.

Successful Candidates should have a Certificate in Information Technology from a recognized institution with a minimum of 1 year experience in the related field.

Age: Below 25 years.

Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala / Tamil are pre-requisite.

Selected candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package on par with industry norms.
