Customer Care Executive

The ideal candidate should be below 25 years of age and possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification. Previous experience in Courier/Airline (cargo) will be a definite advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, customer centric attitude, ability to work under pressure and fluency in English are key competencies sought. The selected candidate will be required to work on roster basis including night shifts.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Informing status of consignments to all relevant personnel
  • Ensuring that the relevant information is provided to deliver undelivered consignments within 24 hours
  • Ensuring the checking of all required information at the time of dispatch
  • Ensuring that the 24 hours team updates relevant reports on a daily basis
