Officer - Customer Service

Major tasks and duties expected:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and action taken.
Manage administration
Handling ODEL Loyalty program related issues while keeping accurate records of communication and correspondence.
Team player who works together with the Customer service team as well as with the Manager who is committed to provide high quality customer service.

Experience required:
Passed G.C.E A/L Examination
Previous Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.
Knowledge computer applications (word/ Excel)
Knowledge of administrative procedures

Skills/Core competencies required:
Communication skills - Verbal and written
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Interpersonal skills
Stress tolerance
