System Administrator

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain overall Information Systems within the group, which includes data center environments, client end devices and other communication systems
• Support end users on software and hardware issues
• Work with internal customers to understand their requirements
• Plan and deliver ongoing business improvements in business systems
• Responsible for the overall IT Security within the Group
• Maintenance, support and upgrade finished projects / systems of the subsidiary companies within the group

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 years of experience in the field of Server / Storage systems and Communication and Security systems
• Degree in IT or equivalent qualification
• Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP communications and related services
• Experience of Microsoft and other Operating Systems
• A sound working knowledge of Server Systems, Storage and Backup (Implementing Support and Maintenance)
• Good knowledge on Information Security Measures and Technologies
• Strong problem solving and customer management skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Vendor based certification related to above skills would be an added advantage
• Ability to work long hours
