IT Risk Analyst
Risk Management is an integral part of the LB Finance strategic steering process. The Integrated Risk Management Unit (IRMU) provides an independent oversight function, assisting the business units in identifying and managing the risks related to their respective operations and processes. The IRMU is currently in the process of strengthening the company’s IT Risk Management function and looking for a competent candidate to join its team. This position will have direct reporting to the Company’s Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Independently review the information system vulnerabilities and advice the CRO and the top management on mitigation actions.
- Identify and, where possible, remediate any issues likely to affect the ability to recover critical process / applications.
- Perform independently periodic system audits and post implementation audits.
- Build and strengthen IT risk controls whilst also looking into the aspects of Information Security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s qualification in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information system audits function, (prior experience as a member of a bank information systems audit environment would be preferred)
- Candidates with CISA qualification would have a definite advantage.
- Proven ability to partner with all levels within an organization.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and taking ownership of issues, following through to resolution.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
