Executive - Credit (Housing Loans)

An opportunity is available for a technically sound Executive at the Housing Loans department of the Retail Credit function.

The Job:

• He/She will be responsible for technically analysing and evaluating of building plans and BOQs of housing loans
• Identifying the scope of construction and advising credit evaluators,. Further, formulating disbursement schedules based on the scope of constructions
• Evaluating local authority approvals (subdivision, street line etc)
• Will be responsible for calculating and analysing of credit eligibility ratios in identifying the credit worthiness of the applicants
• The prospective candidate will be required to undertake staff training programs on technical aspects of housing loans

The Person:

• Be qualified in Naitonal Diploma in Technology (NDT) OR National Diploma in Engineering Sciences (NDES) in Civil Engineering
• Qualifications in Accountancy / Banking will be an advantage
• Possess minimum of 4 years experience in Civil Engineering field. Experience in housing construction is valued
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possess strong analytical and excellent report writing skills
