Internal Audit - Supervisor

Job Scope:
The Internal Audit Supervisor will report to the head of Internal Audit and this position will be responsible for execution of audit programmes inline with the Internal Audit Plan.

• Overseas field work, and audit reporting; prepares reports, and communicates findings and recommendations to the Head of Internal Audit
• Review audit work papers prepared by the audit staff to ensure sound audit theory and compliance with the department's methodology
• Responsible for the daily supervision and development of audit staff
• Ensures that reviews are completed in compliance with the requirements of the Institute of Internal Audit Standards

Prerequisites:

• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience at a large audit firm will be preferred (Exposure to the insurance industry will be an added advantage)
• Good verbal, written communication in English and MS Office
• Should have knowledge in IFRS, IIA professional practice framework
• Age below 30
