Assistant General Manager - HR

  • A Degree in HRM or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institute; An MBA will be a distinct advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Senior Managerial position handling HR functions
  • A high level of diplomacy, team building, decision making, interpersonal and leadership skills, with practical knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial and thorough knowledge of application of all key result areas in Human Resources functions, such as Recruitment & Selection, Reward Management, Performance Management , Talent Management, People Development and Employee Relations
