Call Centre Executive (Male)

Location: Head Office - Colombo

Candidate Profile:

  • Self motivated and flexible towards working hours
  • Fluency in English. Capabilities in other languages would be an added advantage
  • Should have computer literacy including MS Office packages
  • Age below 27 years

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through the phone and update Student Counsellors accordingly
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into the system
  • Route calls to appropriate resources

Salary will not be less than 20,000 per month + Commission
No night shifts
