Customer Relations Executive (Female)

The Role:

• Respond  to customer calls in a pleasing manner
• Identify customer requirements
• Perform out-bound communication for DMSE existing and potential customers. (Ex. New product launches, Events and surveys on customer feedback)

The profile:

• Fluent in all 3 Languages
• School leavers / 6 months to 1 year working experience
• A resident within the radius of 35km to Colombo
• Fair knowledge in MS Office
