Quality Assurance Executive
Grip Delmage (Pvt) Ltd is a Company under Delmage Group, which involves in manufacturing a range of steel and wooden office furniture. We operate a company owned manufacturing plant at Sapugaskanda area and looking for a dynamic individual to manage the Quality Management function of product at the factory.
The Role:
- Setting up quality assurance policy / procedure in all three manufacturing lines of wood / chair and steel
- Implement quality system / controls in all production lines
- Effective supervision of overall manufacturing process for better quality output of daily operations
- Identify causes and take corrective actions for production issues
- Work towards getting SLS/ISO Quality Standards
- Develop and carry out training programs for workers on Quality Management Process / systems
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation
The Individual
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of quality assurance in furniture manufacturing industry
- Relevant professional / academic / technical qualification from a recognized institution
- Exposure into implementation of ISO / SLS standards
- A personality of self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Below 4 years of age
- Basic IT literacy
- Preferably residing in proximity to Sapugaskanda area
